Office Hours

Our regular office hours are 9:00AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some exceptions for later appointments and holidays. Our offices are closed for lunch from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. Regular offices hours are for visits with providers by appointment only. If you must cancel an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible so that we may offer the time slot to another patient. If we do not receive at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment or if you do not show up for your appointment, we have the right and you may be billed for the appointment. We will take into consideration extenuating circumstances.

We make significant efforts to see patients on the same day who have an emergency or other significant and urgent problem. In such an instance, please make it clear to our receptionists that you wish to be seen that same day.

Calls to Discuss Results and Other Matters

Our office is also available to take calls to discuss laboratory or X-Ray results and other important matters between ( CONFIRM 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM Monday through Friday) by calling in during this time. Since we handle a large volume of calls, please be prepared and try to limit the conversation to under five minutes in length so that other patients can speak to our staff. Our offices are also open during this time to discuss:

• blood drawing for tests that require fasting
• EKG’s and MRIs
• urine collections
• vaccinations
• other patient activities that do not require the presence of a physician

Please call our office in advance of any scheduled meeting so that we may have your charts and information available.
